The program blends classroom fundamentals with real-world application, includes a facility tour, features industry guest speakers from Helios Gear Products, and aligns instruction with AGMA quality concepts.
Who Should Attend
Entry-level and new-to-gears personnel: procurement and purchasing, engineers, supervisors, set-up technicians, operators, quality assurance, and manufacturing management.
Curriculum
- Gear fundamentals, terminology, and machining basics
- Core processes: hobbing, heat treatment, finishing
