The Adams Company Attends CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026

The Adams Company, part of Vector Companies, exhibited at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 in Las Vegas from March 13 to 17. The show drew more than 140,000 construction professionals from 128 countries across more than 3 million square feet of exhibit space. It is the largest gathering of construction and aggregates industry professionals in North America, and one of the most concentrated opportunities to connect with the OEMs and equipment manufacturers who drive demand for precision motion control components.
Our team spent four days on the floor meeting with customers, reconnecting with colleagues, and exploring new opportunities. The conversations were grounded in real project work, from reviewing prints and discussing part requirements to talking through sourcing challenges that arise in demanding heavy-equipment applications.

Construction and aggregates equipment puts serious pressure on components. The gears and shafts inside this equipment need to hold tight tolerances, perform under heavy loads, and ship with documentation that supports quality programs throughout the supply chain. That is the work The Adams Company has been doing for OEM customers for decades, and CONEXPO puts us in the same room as the people who need it.
Throughout the week, Vector Companies hosted dinners with customers from the aggregates and mining equipment industries, including Deister Machine. These gatherings gave customers and colleagues a chance to connect beyond the show floor.

The team returned to Dubuque with stronger relationships and new active conversations. We are glad to have been part of the show. If you were there and want to continue the conversation, or if you missed us and have an upcoming gear or shaft project, we want to hear from you.
