We manufacture custom sprockets to meet exact specifications for OEM power transmission applications. Materials include steel, hardened steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and bronze. Maximum diameter is 24" OD with 8" max face width, ratio range 1:1 - 10:1, and pitch range <1.25".
Bore options can include ground, unground, plain, splined, or keyed bores. Additional customization can include special keyways, non-stock bores, tapped holes, and heat treatment.
