We manufacture pulleys, cogs, and flywheels to meet exact specifications for OEM drive and power transmission systems. Materials include steel, hardened steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and bronze. Maximum diameter is 24" with 8" max face width, ratio range 1:1 - 10:1, and weight capacity is 500 lbs.
Additional machining options include spline or keyway broaching; drilling, tapping, and grinding of assorted shapes; and vertical machining of special shapes.
