Straight Bevel Gears
Straight-tooth bevel gears are manufactured to meet exact specifications for right-angle power transmission applications. Straight bevel gears can feature fine and coarse pitches with ratios from 1:1 to 1:10 and a coniflex or conventional bearing pattern. Pitch range is 3–24 DP with pressure angles from 14.5–25°.
Capacity includes parts up to 18" OD with up to 3" max face width. Typical materials include annealed, hardened, and stainless steel, along with various other ferrous and nonferrous materials.
