Straight Bevel Gears & Pinions: custom made to your specifications, coniflex or conventional bearing
The Adams Company manufactures straight bevel gears and pinions to customer specifications. These bevel gears and pinions feature pitches as coarse as 2.5 D.P., with ratios from 1:1 to 1:10 and straight teeth with coniflex or conventional bearing. These products can be constructed from Ferrous or non-ferrous materials including steel, hardened steel, stainless steel, cast iron and bronzeand are available with face widths up to 3.5 in. Integral shafts can be ground or unground, splined, threaded or keyed. Heat treatment is optional. Available services include blanking, grinding, hobbing, shaping, shaving and milling as well as internal, external and thread grinding and reverse engineering.
