Worm Gears
Worm gears are produced to meet exact specifications for speed reducers and compact drive applications. Teeth can be as coarse as 1 DP and as fine as 24 DP, with a typical pitch range of 3–24 DP and a ratio range of 1:1–10:1 for print-to-spec OEM programs.
Capacity includes up to 12" max center distance with up to 4.500" max face width. Typical materials include annealed, hardened, and stainless steel, along with various other ferrous and nonferrous materials.
