Helical Gears
Internal and external helical gears are manufactured through hobbing, shaping, shaving, and grinding processes to meet exact specifications. Helical gears support pitch range 2–64 DP with pressure angles from 14.5–45° for print-to-spec OEM gearbox and power transmission applications.
Capacity includes parts up to 15" OD with up to 8.75" max face width. Typical materials include annealed, hardened, and stainless steel, along with various other ferrous and nonferrous materials.
